We are casting technology experts, specializing in valve and pump castings in high alloy, austenitic, duplex and super duplex.
We are a qualified supplier for EMDC (ExxonMobil), Shell, BP, and Statoil.
Highland Foundry Ltd has been a licensee for “specialty” cast alloys starting as early as 1990 and working closely with the R&D departments of major European metal producers. Those cast licenses at the time were the first in the world for 654SMO® Super Austenitic and SAF2906™ and first in North America for SAF2507™, both super duplex.

Pattern Shop Capabilities
Large scale 3 and 5 axis CNC cutting, wood, metal, and composite tooling.
Low run Styrofoam tooling and 1-time use construction.
3D laser scanning and FDM printing for reverse engineering and prototyping.
High production tools including direct-cut shell core boxes.
Machining Capabilities
Rough, proof or finish machining, dimensional analysis, and pressure testing.
White pickling/passivation and spray corrosion protection.
